Open laser welding machine – Compact

The OLA-C model was developed for the process-safe production of small components up to 5 kg, in single and small batch sizes. This open laser system is based on the proven HLA-M+ hardware, with all available options and customization possibilities.And is equipped with a full CNC control. Fully automatic processes can thus be carried out in a process-safe and repeatable manner, while retaining the flexibility of a manual laser system. The OLA-C can be flexibly upgraded with various technology components such as, rotary swivel unit, motorized cross table and joystick to suit customer requirements. Due to the plug and play system of some additional modules, the system can be adapted to changing process requirements at any time.

Handling
All machine and laser functions can be operated innovatively via the control panel. The WPT control system is designed for maximum user-friendliness and is constantly being further developed. The various operating modes; manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic; enable flexible use of the system, independent of batch size and machine operator. The innovative joystick with teach functions completes the operating concept of the OLA machines.
